Our refund policy is as follows:

.Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit consists of no less than %25 of the total balance.

.Returns will be processed within 30 days of session completion excluding deposits if balance is paid in full.

.RLS Photography reserves the right to process and deliver images within 7 business days excluding video images.

.RLS Photography requires written and signed consent to publish images or media from any sessions.

.RLS requires communication regarding your session at least 48 hours prior to event.
